Similar to my first book, many of the meals are fully Paleo compliant—or at the very least Paleo-ish—and there are plenty of recipes with simple ingredient swaps for a nutritious meal that everyone will love, making it perfect for people who are enjoying their “food freedom” stage of their health journey.

In this book, I continue to share what I do best—great dinners for all occasions and for all levels of difficulty and meal styles, whether that be busy weeknight dinners, weekend dinners for entertaining friends as well as family-style dinners for special moments. I’ve also included some accompaniments to only further enhance your dinner experience. The Clayton’s Cocktail chapter has some fun, spirited beverages to pair with dinner or to kick off a fun evening. The cocktails can be perfectly paired with the appetizer chapter, which is filled with bites and dips for grazing before dinner or a fun happy hour with friends.
