Keeper's 40 inch Zip Cord Ultra is a uniquely adjustable bungee cord, allowing the cord to thread through an eye in the hook and snap into a locking position at the length you desire. Dependability and versatility make it a one-two punch bungee cord. The coated hooks won't mar painted surfaces.
