5/20 - Brushfire Farms Cooking Event with James Vives

Class Details: May 20, 2025 6pm-8pm

Join us at the Sunset & Co. test kitchen as we bring our friend, James Vives, founder of Brushfire Farms, into our kitchen for a new and exciting class experience! Utilizing the Chile Pequin that is so common in South Texas, James has created a line of award-winning products that highlight the citrusy and nutty spice of the pepper. James will be demonstrating how to make a few spring-inspired appetizer options that are sure to be a hit at your next gathering or BBQ! He will also show us how to use his Prickly Pear Simple Syrup to make a specialty cocktail that is perfect for the warmer seasons! You won’t want to miss this unique and peppery class!

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Due to the high demand of these classes, refunds for cancellations can be made up to 10 days before the day of the event. If it is less than 10 days before the event, we invite you to give your tickets to other attendees and provide us with their names. Sunset & Co. has the right to cancel or reschedule the event should extenuating circumstances arise and will provide refunds should this occur.
