The Totally Bamboo Malibu Groove Bamboo Carving and Cutting Board is a perfect addition to any kitchen. This extra-large 18" by 12" board can handle any kitchen prep need: carving and cutting meat, slicing large vegetables and fruits or even serving cheese and crackers. The included groove channels away juices to keep countertops and tables clean. Crafted from beautiful vertical-grain bamboo, the board is lightweight, durable and gentle on knives. The board wipes clean easily by hand; it should not be soaked or washed in the dishwasher. The Malibu Groove measures 18 inches by 12 inches and is 3/4 of an inch thick.
