The new and robust rEGGulator can be set extremely precisely. It is made of durable cast iron, and with the cool silicone grip, you can easily increase or decrease airflow without burning your fingers. Another practical feature: we have already applied a coating that prevents rust formation, so you can leave it on the EGG after use.
Big Green Egg was already distinguished in terms of very precise temperature control, but after two years of product development, the highest degree of perfection has now been achieved. The new patented air damper is the successor to the metal top and has an ergonomic design, but it is also an improvement in terms of use and durability. If you close the supply completely, the EGG is 100% airtight, whereupon it extinguishes. Does it start to rain when you're using the EGG? Then give the air damper its own rain protection with the Rain Cap accessory to prevent rain from entering the EGG.
